摘要
结合某微型电动汽车车身造型设计的实例,研究了用UG进行点云数据处理、曲线、曲面及三维实体数学模型构建等相关技术问题;介绍了构建汽车车身曲面的步骤和技巧;分析了已缝合曲面不能完成实体建造的原因;探讨了提高UG在点云处理、曲线及曲面构建质量和效率的方法.
According to an example of a mini electric vehicle body shape-designing, several technical problems of processing point data, constructing curve, surface and three-dimensional solid body mathematic model with software UG are researched. The step and skill of constructing automobile body surface are described; and the reason that sewed surface can't be finished solid-modeling is analyzed. Finally, the method that can improve the quality and efficiency with software UG in processing the point cloud and constructing the curve and surface is discussed.
