摘要
本文通过对内江电业局两起由于备自投装置的缺陷而造成事故和扩大事故的分析,阐述现有备用电源自动投入装置的几个缺陷,并相应提出了解决方案。通过该方案对备用电源自动投入装置进行改进,大大提高了备用电源自动投入的可靠性,对于电网的安全运行有着现实的意义。
There have been two electrical accidents, resulted from backup power automatic devices, happened at Neijiang Electric Corporation. After detailed analysis on these accidents and its expanding influence, some limits of current backup power automatic devices have been studied. Meanwhile some improved schemes have been proposed for these limits. By these strategies, the reliability of backup power automatic devices has been greatly improved, which has significant practical meaning for the safety of electric power network.
