摘要
采用透明圈法筛选,从天然土样中获得产壳聚糖酶的野生菌株6株。将其中一株高产壳聚糖酶的微生物菌株命名为BK2。用发酵酶液降解壳聚糖,制备壳寡糖。壳寡糖的抑菌性和溶解性,研究结果表明,壳寡糖对一些常见细菌、霉菌、酵母菌等微生物的生长均有不同程度的抑制作用,它在微酸性的条件下,溶解性及抑菌性较好。
Six strains producing chitosanase were screened by brilliant clear circle from soil samples. A strain with high chitosanase activity was named BK2. Chitooligosaccharides was obtained by crude chitosanase solution degradating chitosan. Some properties of chitooligosaccharides were determined. Further reseach results showed theat Chitooligosaccharides inhibited some usual microorganisms to different extent and had certain solubility and bacteriostasis in weak acid.
