摘要
随着油田开采年限的增加,在地层滑移、油井出砂、频繁的井下作业施工以及套管材质与腐蚀等诸多因素的作用下,油田套管损坏现象非常严重,其中由套管错断引起的套损井占了相当大的比例,是套损井修复中较难解决的问题。针对这种情况,研制了专用的套管错断井双重丢手扶正工具。使用该工具进行修井作业时,对作业设备要求低,采用现有设备和常规油管,就可以完成施工,施工工艺简单。该工具具有液压、倒扣双重丢手功能,可大大降低施工风险,已成功地完成了GD2-33-532井的现场试验,取得了很好的效果。
With the increase of production time of oilfields, the casing failure becomes very serious under the actions of formation gliding, well sand production, frequent downhole operation as well as the casing material quality and corrosion. Especially, the casing-failure well owing to the casing breaking takes large proportion, which is a rather difficult problem to be solved. In this regard, a specialized double releasing and centralizing tool for the wells with broken casing is developed. This new tool has low demand for the operating devices, therefore, the current devices and ordinary tubing can be used to perform the operation easily. The tool is characterized by hydraulic and back-off releasing, thus decreasing the operating risk greatly. This tool has been field tested successfully in Well GD2-33-532 with good results.
