摘要
通过高速冲裁试验和金相检测,对比了硬质合金级进模刃口磨损前后的表面形貌、微观结构和Co元素含量百分比的变化,并结合骨架理论和复合增强理论,从微观结构方面解释了Co元素丢失对硬质合金级进模磨损的影响。对于提高精密级进模的寿命和提高电子零件的生产效率具有重要的意义。
The surface topography, microstructare and percentage variation of Co-content before and after the wear of a carbide alloy progressive die were compared through the high-speed blanking and metallurgical phase detecting experiment. The effects of Co loss on the wear of carbide alloy progressive die were explained from the aspects of microstructure, framework theory and composite reinforcement theory.
