Measure of Grape Seed Procyanidins Using Acidified Vanillin

摘要 酸性条件下,原花青素与香草醛反应生成红色产物,由红色产物的吸光度可确定原花青素的含量。实验首先考察了酸对显色的影响,确定以较低浓度的硫酸作催化剂。在此基础上,进一步考察了其他因素的影响,确立了稳定的比色条件:硫酸30%、香草醛4%、反应温度30℃、反应时间15min,并得出了标准曲线。 Procyanidin reacts with vanillin under acid catalyzing. The concentration of procyanidin is determined according to the absorbency of red product. The effect of acid as catalyzar to colorring was studied. The reaction conditions were determined after experiment as sulfuric acid 30%, vanillin 4%, 30 ℃ and 15 minutes. The standard curvets of catechin and procyanidin were obtained.
