摘要
柑橘鳞皮病是一种极具破坏性的柑橘病害,广泛分布于南美及地中海地区。我国目前缺乏对该病害的快速检测技术。以柑橘鳞皮病毒(CPV)的外壳蛋白基因(CPG)为靶标,初步建立了一步法RT-PCR快速检测体系,扩增产物与NCBI数据库中已知CPVCPG的核苷酸序列进行比对,2者序列间同源性超过99%。
Citrus psorosis caused by Citrus psorosis virus (CPV) is a destructive viral disease of citrus in the world. CPV was identified in the South America and Mediterranean Sea. In this study, one-step reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) has been approached to detect CPV. Comparing results showed that the nucleotide sequence of production by RT-PCR shared homology of 99% with those coat protein gene sequences of CPV in the NCBI database.
