健康教育在骨质疏松症患者中的应用

The Application of Healthy Education in Osteoporosis Patients

目的探讨骨质疏松症患者健康教育的实施与评价。方法对90例骨质疏松症患者进行综合治疗的同时，给予饮食、运动、服药、预防骨折等方面的健康指导，由专人评价健康教育效果。结果本组90例患者临床症状大部分消失，无并发症出现，健康教育评价优良率为84％。结论健康教育可以提高骨质疏松症患者对治疗、护理的依从性，增强疗效，提高家属的照料水平及患者的满意度。

Objective To explore the implement and the valuation for healthy education of osteoporosis patients. Methods Carry on a comprehensive treatment to 90 osteoporosis patients with the healthy instruction such as diet therapy, outdoor exercise, medicine and prevention of fracture with the specially assigned evaluation health education effect. Results All 90 patients＇symptoms disappeared and had no complications. The healthy education evaluates the good rate as 84%. Conclusion The healthy education can make osteoporosis patients to obey the treating and nursing rules, enhance curative effect, and raise the satisfaction of the patient and the earing level of relatives.
