摘要
通过室内抑菌试验,就几种常用杀菌剂对6种木霉菌株生长的影响进行了研究。结果表明,不同木霉菌株对5种杀菌剂敏感性不同:木霉对菌核净高度敏感,该药剂对不同菌株的抑制作用均较强;土菌消对不同木霉菌株抑制作用小,其中T-20A、T-61F的EC50分别为410.44和354.49mg/L;木霉菌T-20G对克露反应敏感性差,EC50为103.20mg/L。
By carrying out pot culture experiment, the effects of several common fungicides on the growth of six Trichoderma. strains were studied. The results showed that different strains had different sensitivity to five fungicides. Trichoderma. was highly sensitive to dimethachlon which showed strong inhibition to six stains. Hymexazol showed lower inhibiting rates to mildew with EC50 values of T-20A and T-61F's were 410.11 and 354.49 mg/L respectively. The strain of T-20G was lowly sensitive to curzate with EC50 value was 103.20 mg/L.
