摘要
采用阶段抽样与配额抽样相结合的方法,从5个维度对武汉市普通高校青年教师的工作生活质量进行了抽样调查,收入、对发展前景的认识、职业声望的自我评价、自我才能的实现、福利保障是影响高校青年教师工作生活质量的5个重要因素。研究发现:武汉地区高校青年教师工作生活质量较高,为进一步提高高校青年教师的工作生活质量,除了要正确对待其物质需要外,还要为青年教师提供良好的职业发展机会,满足其高层次的自我实现需要。
By multi - stage sampling and quota sampling, the authors made a survey in universities, Wuhan City on young teachers'Working and living quality, centering on the 5 important influential factors: income, expectation for career prospects, self - appraisal for the professional reputation, realization of self competence and the welfare safeguard. The study finds that though the quality there is comparatively higher, further improvement is needed not only to meet their material needs, also to provide good opportunities in their occupational development so as to meet their higher need for self realization.
