摘要
随着中国对外开放的扩大,中餐菜名的翻译对国内的中、高档酒店和海外的中餐店变得日益重要。菜谱中富含中国历史文化信息的菜名的翻译对传播中国文化起着促进作用,但菜谱中这些菜名的翻译却五花八门,缺少比较统一的规范。本文以此为重点进行探讨,并提出了自己的看法。
The translation of Chinese dishes is becoming increasingly important to hotels and restaurants both domestic and overseas with the expansion of China's opening up to outside world. The translation of Chinese dishes rich in historical and cultural information has a particular role to play in promoting Chinese culture, yet the translation now in China is yet to be regularized. Thus, this paper tries to analyze and put forward its own ideas in terms of this issue.
