The importance and urgent needs of Kun river watershed comprehensive treatment are briefly expounded, and its basic framework is put forward. The analysis and evaluation of Kun fiver while comprehensive treatment is developed have the profound and lasting impacts on conservation and utilization of water resource as well as stability of ecological system.
