摘要
比较了教学实验中从茶叶提取咖啡因的方法,阐述升华法、微波提取法、微型实验法的优化实验条件及特点,提出了在该实验中引入咖啡因的鉴定和含量分析的改进办法。
The experimental methods to extract caffeine from tea is compared. The methods of Sublimating, microwave heating and miniature experiment improve is discussed. The identification and content analysis of caffeine was presented.
