Effectiveness and Limitations of International Mechanisms

国际机制是有关国际关系特定问题领域的、政府同意建立的有专门成套规则的制度。新现实主义国际机制理论、新自由主义国际机制理论和建构主义国际机制理论是国际机制的三大理论流派,在国际机制的功能问题上都提出了自己的理论创见,但没有达成理论共识。在借鉴已有研究成果的基础上,本文对国际机制的有效性与局限性进行了具体的理论阐释。

International mechanism is a system concerning a specific field of international relations and with special principles granted by a government. Three major theoretical schools of international mechanism contain theories of New Realism, New Liberalism and Constructivism. The theories all propose their own innovative views but haven＇t reached theoretical agreements. Based on the research findings, the essay analyzes theoretically the effectiveness and limitations of the international mechanisms.
