摘要
采用实证研究的方法,从用户角度出发,整理出13个用户易于感知和衡量的评价指标。通过对调查结果进行因子分析,将指标归纳为易用性、多样化服务和检索效率三个因子;将用户按其特点进行分类,总结出不同用户对搜索引擎各个指标关注角度的差异,从而为搜索引擎的发展方向提供了指导意义。
Nowadays, with the rapid development of search engine technology, the market of search engine is full of competition. So how to satisfy the need of customer to great extent has become more and more important. This paper adopts the method of empirical research to make thirteen evaluation indexes in view of the users. Through questionnaire investigation and factor analysis, this paper reduces these indexes to accessible factor, diversification service factor and searching efficiency factor. And then it classifies the customers by their using trait and shows the differences in the customers' concern to the different indexes, which will offer the guidance for the direction of the search engine.
