手法小切口白内障手术后低视力的原因分析

Causes of low vision after the manual small incision cataract surgery.

目的分析手法小切口白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术后低视力的原因。方法对手法白内障摘出术后482例(508眼),根据我国低视力诊断标准应用国际标准视力表进行检查,术后3月最佳矫正视力虽均在0.05以上,但有42例(42眼)仍不足0.3。分析此42眼低视力的原因。结果术后低视力的主要原因:由手术并发症引起的角膜水肿及角膜失代偿4眼、后囊浑浊1眼、葡萄膜炎1眼及术前已存在的眼底病或全身病所致者36眼。结论严格术前检查,施术中减少术中术后并发症,对低视力高危患者,要引起高度重视,避免医疗纠纷。

Objective To analyse the main causes of low vision after the manual small incision cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. Methods 482 cases （ 508 eyes ） of themanual cataract extraction. According to the diagnostic standard of the low vision in our country, the international normal eye chart should be used. 3 months after the operation, while the best corrected vision was higher than 0.05, the vision4 of 42 eases （42 eyes） did not reach 0.3. Analyze the causes orthese low vision in 42 cases. Results The main causes of low vision includes： corneal edema and decompensation （4 eyes） , posterior capsfilar opacifieation （ i eye） , uverties （ 1 eye） and the ocular fundus disease or other system diseases （36 eyes）. Conclusions It is necessary to reduce inter and postoperative complications and pay attention to low vision patients with risk factors.
