波形刃铣刀片粘结破损试验分析

摘要 对波形刃铣刀片切削时粘结的产生过程进行高速摄影。利用扫描电镜观察刀片破损形貌,发现刀片断口处材料严重剥落。对刀片破损断口进行能谱分析,证实刀片与粘屑相互粘结有对方材料元素。结合理论分析得出粘结破损受切削用量和工件材料的影响关系,为粘结破损判据及三维复杂槽型优化重构提供理论依据。 The generation process of wave insert' s sticking failure is recorded through high-speed photography. By scanning the damaged shape feature and using the SEM, it seems that the material of the blade' s break area peels off seriously. According to the ED.X analysis on the break area of blade, it's found that the bits and blade gluethe other side material elements of each. Based on theoretical analysis, the author gets the relation of influencing between the sticking failure and the cutting consumption, the work piece material, which provides the academic basis not only for the study of the sticking failure criterion, but also for the further optimization and reconstruction of milling insert with 3D complex groove.
