摘要
介绍了用PDS法替代改良ADA法煤气脱硫的操作经验,指出,在脱硫液中保持一定浓度的ADA,可使PDS获得更好的催化效果,既可提高脱硫效率和减少副产盐类的生成量,还可使生产成本下降60%。
The gas desulphurization operating experience with substituting PDS pro- cess for the modified ADA process is described. It is pointed out that a certain concentration of ADA being kept in the desulphurizing solution can make PDS get a better catalytic effi- ciency and not only improve desulphurization efficiency and reduce the formation of the byproduct salts, but also lower 60% of the production cost.
