端粒酶反义技术治疗恶性肿瘤的研究动态 被引量:2

摘要 反义核酸技术根据碱基互补原理,用人工合成或生物体合成的特定的反义核酸来抑制或封闭基因表达,是基因治疗中较具吸引力的手段之一。端粒酶已成为新的肿瘤标志物及肿瘤治疗的新靶点,抑制肿瘤细胞端粒酶活性可望达到抑制肿瘤生长的目的。本文着重介绍了端粒酶反义技术用于治疗多种恶性肿瘤的研究进展。 Antisensenucleic acids can be used to inhibit express of genes through base complementrity, becoming a potential gene therapy. Telomerase is a new target of oncotherapy, the growth of tumor could be repressed by restraining telomerase activation. This paper especially introduce the research development of antisensenucleic technique of telomerase applied in therapies of diverse malignant tumors.
