癌症相关疲劳（CRF）严重影响患者生活质量，干扰治疗的正常进行。CRF在肿瘤临床并不少见，但至今未引起重视。现综述CRF的发生率、发病机制，重点介绍其诊断与鉴别诊断及其处理。

Cancer-related fatigue（CRF） has a serious impact on quality of life and may interfere with the cancer therapy. Despite its high prevalence, CRF has not been given enough recoguitin until recently. The review will introduce its prevalence, etiology, and focus on its diagnose, differential diagnoseis and management.
