仿真训练是有效提高受训人员判断能力和处理能力的方法。仿真训练方法在军事领域已有比较深入的研究,而在护理训练领域的研究还较少,通过对军事仿真训练概况及仿真训练在护理领域中的应用情况进行综述,旨在为我国进一步开展护理仿真训练系统的研究提供建议。

Simulation - based training is a useful means to enhance the ability of people＇ s judgement and management. It has been widely used and studied in the domain of military training,but seldom utilized in nursing training. This article summarizes the situation of military simulation -based training and its application in nursing care ,in order to provide suggestion about the study of stimulation -based training system in China.
