电网电能损耗率(简称线损率)是电力企业一项重要的技术经济指标,综合反映电网规划设计、生产运行和经营管理水平。围绕降损节能的工作要求,结合江苏电网的实际情况,浅述供电系统线损专业管理依托科技进步应采取的一系列技术和管理措施,突出从线损管理的“四抓”(抓科技创新,抓科学管理,抓节能投入,抓组织落实)入手,实行科学的全过程管理,实现降损效益的最大化。

Power network energy loss rate （＂line loss rate＂ for short） is an important technical ＆ economic indicator for electric power enterprises, which reflects the comprehensive capability in network plan, design, operation and management. Targeting at loss reduction and energy saving, based on the circumstances in Jiangsu power network, this article reviews the technology and management measures adopted in line loss management in power supply network, highlighting all scientific procession management, as well as the maximization of benefits from loss reduction by way of scientific ＆ technical advancement, scientific management, input into energy saving and organizational settlement.
