小剂量纳洛酮对氯胺酮镇痛效应的影响 被引量:15

摘要 目的观察小剂量纳洛酮(naloxone,NL)对氯胺酮(ketamine,KT)镇痛效应的影响,为临床合理联合用药提供依据。方法小鼠分单用KT、NL与KT合用组,用热板法和扭体法实验,观察NL对KT镇痛小鼠热板法痛阈(painthresholdinhot-platetest,HPPT)和扭体次数的影响。结果KT皮下注射或腹腔注射可以增大小鼠HPPT和减少小鼠扭体次数(P<0.05);NL可增大KT镇痛小鼠的HPPT、减少扭体次数(P<0.01)。结论小剂量NL能够增强KT的镇痛效应。
