摘要
建立了扫描隧道显微镜在恒流模式下的隧道电流回路的等效模型.用根轨迹法分析了回路的自激频率和使回路稳定的最佳电路参数设置原则.
An equivalent model for a scanning tunneling microscope (STM) feedback loop is described. The mast significant gain thus far for stable feedback, along with resonant frequency, has been pursued using root lotus analysis.Based on this model,key problems of the STM feedback loop design and adjustment are discussed.
