摘要
探讨牛磺酸(Taurine)对超速驱动致疲劳缺血心脏的影响。采用Langendorff灌流装置,对超速驱动的离体心脏施加不同浓度牛磺酸的灌流液,测定心脏恢复功能、心肌组织GSH-Px活性、MDA含量以及NO含量、心肌组织及线粒体中Ca2+。结果显示牛磺酸对缺血心脏具有明显的保护作用,表现为心脏功能恢复显著,心肌谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性增高,丙二醛含量降低,心肌组织和线粒体钙超载减轻,该表现呈剂量依赖性。
Taking isolated rat hearts as research objective, with the adoption of Langendorff perfu-sion device, taurine perfusion solution of varied concentration is exerted on the overdriven isolate-d hearts for the research of the influence of taurine towards fatigued blood-deficit hearts after overdrive. The cardiac restoration function, the GSH-Px activity of myocardium, the content of MDA and NO and the Ca^2+ in myocardium and mitochondrion are re.spectively determined. The results indicate that taurine possesses tangible protective effect on blood-deficit hearts with performances of a notable restoration of the cardiac function, the increase of the enzymatic activity of GSH-Px, the decrease of the content of MDA and the alleviation of the calcium over-loading in myocardium and mitochondrion with a dosage reliance.
