摘要
分析了国内油田人工举升概况,重点介绍了国外电泵采油技术新进展,包括电潜泵、分离器、保护器、电机、控制柜、电缆等方面,给出了目前世界电潜泵的发展趋势主要是改进各种配套部件、加工工艺,以延长泵的使用寿命,电潜泵朝着深井、高压、大排量、高寿命、耐高温、多品种方向发展;电潜泵生产商研制了用于特殊情况下的特殊电潜泵及其部件,编制计算机程序进行泵的优化设计;最后指出了国内电泵采油存在的问题及下一步攻关方向。
In this paper, the general situation of artificial lift in China is introduced, and the new development of electrical submersible pump production technology in abroad was analyzed, including electrical submersible pump,separator, protector, electrical motor, control cabinet, cable and so on. At present, the development trend of electrical submersible pump in the world is improving various matching parts and processing techniques to prolong the life circle of pump. Producers of electrical submersible pump have developed special electrical submersible pump being used in special conditions and its matching parts. They also developed computer procedures to optimize pumps. At last, it also pointed out the problems existing in oil production by electrical submersible pump in China and the research directions in the future.
