Study on the Drug Patent Linkage System in the USA

目的:为我国药品专利连接制度的发展与完善提供启示与借鉴。方法:全面地研究美国的药品专利连接制度,并剖析其产生的积极作用及存在的不足。结果与结论:美国的药品专利连接制度发展较为完善,对我国完整的药品专利连接制度的建立具有启示与借鉴意义,但应结合我国的现状。

OBJECTIVE： To provide references and insights for China in the development and improvement of drug patent linkage system. METHODS： Comprehensive analysis was made on drug patent linkage system in the USA, including its post itive impacts and limitations. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The drug patent linkage system of the USA is relatively consummate, which gives us insights into the establishment of integrated drug patent linkage system, but with the present condition of China considered.
