摘要 YT-1型压电陀螺钻孔测斜仪是国内外首次采用压电角速率陀螺作测量钻孔方位的主件的。研制了一套与其定向特性相适应的地面定向、电子跟踪测量等新的定向方法系统。该仪器与传统机械陀螺钻孔测斜仪相比具有很多优点。实测应用效果好,经改进后仪器将有较广泛的发展和应用前景,具有很好的社会和经济效益。 YT - 1 type borehole piezoelectric gyro inclinometer is a new kind of inclinometer, which ismade uniquely with the angular rate piezoelectric gyro as the main device to measure azimuth. Anew directional system concerned in the surface orientation, electronic tracking etc. has beendeveloped. The instrument essentially overcomes the disadvantages of the traditional mechanicalborehole gyro inclinometer such as high speed rotor gimbal support, brush units, weak resistence to shock, poor reliability, short service life, complex operation as well as high cost etc.In comparision with the traditional-inclinometers, its service life is increased by 20 times, theaccuracy of dip angle by 1-2 times, and the accuracy of azimuth by 1 ̄2 degrees. The instrument has passed the technical qualification of MGMR in March, 1994.Through stand tests ̄and production tests in 16 holes, the instrument has reached design requirements and satisfied the urgent need of production. Meanwhile, the principle of surveyingdip angle, azimuth calculating formula and working principle of circuit are unique. The structure measuring method and technology are up --to--date.It is applicable not only to geologicalexploration but also in rock & soil engineering.In addition, if the dip angle sensor will be transformed into shockproof accelerometer,it can be developed to be used in cased holes or MWD operation.
