摘要
以华东区域电力市场为工程背景提出了一个电力公司报价辅助决策系统的整体技术方案,围绕系统功能、设计思想和软件构架进行了论述。通过分析当前市场环境,对现有研究进行了比较,提出了比较实用的核心算法,对各应用局限提出了相应的解决方案。对市场试运行阶段需求多变等问题,提出了系统与MATLAB工具箱整合等方案。
In the regional electricity market of East China, the power company plays dual roles that are power purchaser and market organizer. This paper describes and implements an integrated technical scheme of bidding decision support system for power company, and its system functions, design principle and software framework are discussed. The practical key arithmetic and relevant solutions are presented by analyzing the market environment and comparing the current research. Aiming at the questions as variable demands at the market trial operation stage, the practical and applicable schemes that combine the system and MATLAB toolbox are presented.
