摘要
随着我国数字电视整体转换工作的推进,数字电视用户的客户服务工作越来越重要。本文结合湖南广电移动电视的实际运营经验,系统介绍了利用计算机信息技术对数字电视用户的业务受理、故障分析、投诉派工、到期统计等工作进行管理的原则和方法。该系统的使用可以整体提升广电网络运营者的管理水平,满足新形势下电视用户对服务水平和服务质量的要求。
A subscriber service and managemcnl system fur mobile TV in Golden Eagle Broadcasting System is introduced. This system is capable of conveniently, exactly and quickly arranging DTV subscriber service, fault analysis, maintenance work according to subscriber's claims, statistical workon cases of expiry, check-up of performance of operators on duly and so on. greatly raising managcmcnl standards of radio and TV network operators.
