摘要
通过PLC与计算机通信的方式,采集焊接过程中的电压、电流、位移、油压等参数,并能够进行多套焊接工艺参数的设定、修改和存储。编制了基于Windows界面的具有良好人机交互功能的控制软件,通过软件实现了焊接参数的实时显示,焊接数据的保存、查询等功能。
In this system,some parameters of welding process such as welding current,welding voltage can be collected by the Industry Computer,and welding processing parameters can be set,modified and saved.This system,with a good man-machine interface,is based on Microsoft Windows software.Functions of welding parameters display, saving ,querying are integrated in this system.
