我国润滑油基础油市场呈“三分天下”之势:美孚、壳牌等为代表的跨国公司控制了高档油市场,市场占有率为10%;中国石油和中国石化为代表的大型国企,占领中档油市场,市场占有率为60%;地方和民营企业在低档油市场占优势,市场占有率为30%。根据国内基础油生产能力过剩,又要大量进口高档油的情况,建议老企业可改造为“老三套”与加氢技术结合的生产技术。
To introduce the market situation of lubricating base oil in China. Mobile and Shell controlled 10% market share, mainly in high grade oil; PetroChina and Sinopec controlled 60% market share, mainly in medium grade oil; 30% market share is controlled by local and collectively-owned enterprises, mainly in low grade oil. To suggest domestic enterprises restructure the productive plants owing to the excess plant capacity of base oil and large amount of imports of high grade oil.
