摘要
采用溶胶凝胶工艺制备BaTiO3超微粉.利用XRD技术研究了不同工艺条件下BaTiO3微粉的结晶结构.根据Scherrer原理计算了BaTiO3微晶的晶粒尺寸效应.研究了BaTiO3微粉的粒度随热处理温度的变化.
Ultrafine BaTiO 3 powders were prepared by sol gel methods. The crystalline structure of the powders prepared by different process was studied by XRD. Crystal size was calculated according to the Scherrer formula. The size effect on BaTiO 3 Curie phase transition was observed by DSC experiments. The relation between the grain size and firing temperature was analysed. The morphology of the powders was observed by SEM.
