摘要
分离器作为正压直吹制粉系统中的重要部件,直接影响到制粉系统的出力和煤粉细度。首先通过对分离器进行数值模拟研究得出分离器的内部流场分布和其阻力特性,然后通过对某电厂制粉系统对应的分离器进行试验研究,对径向分离器与轴向分离器进行结果比较;同时对其改造后的轴向分离器进行分析试验,得出分离器的效率等性能参数,从而保证制粉系统出力和出口煤粉细度达到锅炉燃烧要求。
The separator directly affects the output and coal fineness as one of the most important parts of positive pressure direct firing coal pulverizing system. It'll begin to introduce the inner flow field distribution & its resistance characteristic of separator by numerical simulation,and then go on to the pulverizing system of a power plant. At the same time, it can acquire the reasonable parameter of separator by analyzing the experiment data after retrofit, finally it assures the output and coal fineness according to the requirement of combustion by way of the test of separator and the comparison of radial separator and axial separator.
