摘要 RNA干扰(RNAi)自从1998年被阐明以来,一直是科学研究的一大热点。短短几年,基于此机制建立的技术,在功能基因组学、微生物学、基因表达调控机制研究等领域得到了广泛应用,已经成为一种有力的基因沉默方法。尤其对非编码RNA中的短干扰RNA与微小RNA的研究日益受到重视。本文从RNAi技术的发展、作用机制及应用等方面进行综述。 The RNA interference has been being a hot spot in study since it is elucidated in 1998. Although few years passed,many methods based on this has been widely used in functional genome, microbiology and regulatory mechanism of gene expression, which has been a strong method in gene silencing, among which especially small interfering RNA and microRNA pointing to noncoding RNA is attracting more attention. This article reviews RNAi in its development, mechanism of action and application.
