摘要 用不同浓度PEG对自然老化的杂交粳稻86优8号F1种子进行引发技术研究。结果表明:PEG 10%,处理1 d,回干24 h,引发效果最佳。老化种子的发芽率由56.7%提高到75.3%,提高了18.6%。 Priming technologies were studied by PEG with different concentrations,using naturally aged japonica hybrid rice 86 you No. 8 F1 seeds. The resuh showed that the best priming effect was obtained from the treatment of 10% PEG,soaking 1 day and drying 24 hours. The germination ratio was raised from 57.6% up to 75.3% ,increased by 18.6%.
