摘要
豆包消振器(BeanBagDamper)是一种柔性约束的颗粒阻尼结构,它具有类似冲击阻尼和封砂结构阻尼的双重阻尼机理.因此表现出良好的减振特性.文中在描述其宏观阻尼机理的基础上,对几种不同粒度、不同材料的金属颗粒组成的豆包,在单自由度振动系统的试验模型上进行了实验研究,并用具有相同质量比的刚性质量块和散体颗粒结构进行了对比试验.
Bean Bag Damper is a granular assembly structure with flexible constrain. It presents a good property of vibration decreasing because of its damping mechanism of either impact or enclosed sand structure. In this paper, based on a general description of the macro mechanism of Bean Bag Damping, an investigation has been performed with a model of single degree freedom vibration system. Some experiments of rigid steel slug and bulk metal granule are made in order to compare their results with that of bean bag damper. The test results are in agreement with the analysis of macro mechanisms.
