摘要
目的建立以HPLC法测定尼群地平片含量。方法色谱柱C18(4.6×250mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇—水(70∶30),流速:1.0ml.min-1,检测波长为237nm,进样量为20μl。结果尼群地平在0.029868～0.069692mg.ml-1浓度范围有良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为:99.7%(RSD=0.35%)。结论该方法是一种简便,快速,准确的分析方法,专属性高,能有效的控制尼群地平片的含量。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of nitrendipine in Nitrendipine Tablets. METHODS The chromatographic column was C18 （4.6×250nm, 5μm）, mobile phase was methanol-water （70 ： 30） with flow rate of 1.0ml·min^-1; the detection wavelength was 237nm, the injected sample was 20μl. RESULTS The linear range of nitrendipine was 0.029868～0.069692mg·ml^-1 （r = 0.9998）; The average recovery was 99.7% （RSD = 0.35%）, respectively. CONCLUSION This method was simple, fast, accurate and specific, which can be used for the determination of Nitrendipine Tablets.
