摘要
采用顾世洧处理体内激子方法,把Wilson提出的一维极化子哈密顿量推广到一维激子,并考虑了声子的色散效应.运用微扰法计算正弦色散时一维声学激子基态能,与无色散时一维声学激子,极化子做了比较.
Strating from the Hamiltonian of the polarons proposted by Wilson G.H.developing the excitons,considering the sinusoidal dispersions and using perturbation,theauthors calculated the groud state Energies of the one-Dimellsional exciton,when dispersion the place.
