摘要
随着经济全球化趋势的不断加强,跨国公司对外直接投资活动的不断扩大。几乎所有的跨国公司都面临着一个共同的问题,即跨国经营所引发的文化冲突。文化冲突处理不当往往会造成跨国公司在东道国经营的失败。本文从跨国经营的必然趋势,文化冲突与跨国经营的关系等方面入手,探讨了跨国经营中的文化冲突问题和跨文化管理策略,并进一步阐述了人才本土化是目前解决文化冲突问题的最佳途径。
With the development of the globalization of economy and the investment in foreign countries of the TNC. Most of the TNC will face the same problem, which is the culture conflict. And it will result in failure operation. This paper argues about the cultural conflict and cross-culture management from the trend of transnational operation, the relationship of the culture conflict and transnational operation, etc. And tries to show that person's localization is the best way to resolve this problem of the cultural conflict.
