经颅磁刺激技术在缺血性脑血管病中的研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 近几年的研究表明重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)可增强脑缺血耐受,对缺血后再灌注脑损伤有明显的保护作用。不同频率和强度的rTMS能促进脑梗死后患肢运动、语言、时空间忽略、学习记忆等功能的康复及抑郁情绪的改善,经颅磁刺激(TMS)还可客观地反映脑梗死患者运动功能缺失的情况,具有一定的病情判断和预后评估的价值。
