Relation Between Hydroelectric Development in China and Water Power Exploitation of the Jinshajiang River

中国长江三峡工程建设，为上游金沙江河段的水能资源开发创造了条件。向家坝、溪洛渡两电站为金沙江开发的第一期工程。坚持流域综合规划、梯级开发、滚动发展，水电建设前景广阔，大有可为。

The construction of TGP has created favourable conditions for exploiting water power resources of the Jinshajiang River,upstream of the Yangtze River. Xiangjiaba and Xiluodu hydroelectric stations will be the first stage works of developing the Jinshajiang River. Hydroelectric construction will have a splendid future by insisting on comprehensive river basin planning, cascade and rolling development.
