摘要
为适应人们绿色环保的健康消费观念,满足市场对多组分混纺纱的需要,适时开发了山羊绒系列多组分混纺纱。文章以长绒棉、山羊绒、Model、粘胶纤维、玉米纤维5种纤维纺制14.7tex针织用纱为例,介绍了上述5种纤维的主要特性,以及纺纱生产中的主要工艺参数、技术措施和应注意的问题。
In order to improve the grade of yarn, the international competitive ability of textile fabric and suit people＇s health consumption concept, it developed cashmere multi-component blended yarn. The article took 14.7 tex knitting yarn which was spun by long-staple cotton, cashmere, model fiber, viscose and corn fiber as an example to introduce the main properties of the above-memioned fibers.The main processing parameters, the technical measures and the problems to pay attention in the spinning process were took out. Products made by the knitting yarn had characteristics of above-mentioned five kinds of natural green fibers and not needed dyeing and finishing.
