摘要
目的对红柳花氯仿层样品化学成分进行分析。方法样品经微波提取设备提取制备后用气相色谱-质谱法进行分析。结果共分离出61个峰,确定了其中50种化合物,所鉴定化合物的含量占样品的91.53%。结论其中酯类成分占样品总量的46.8%,醛类成分17.29%,烷烃类成分11.11%,醇类成分5.13%,酸类成分4.53%,酮类成分3.58%,其余成分3.09%。
Objective To analyze chemical constituents of chloroform layer of the flower of Tamarix chinensis L. Methods After extracted and prepared by microwave equipment,the sample was analyzed by GC-MS. Results 61 peaks were isolated,and 50 compounds were identified among them, which accounted for 91.53% of the total content. Conclusion Ester accounted for 46.8% ,aldehyde accounted for 17.29%, alkane accounted for 11. 11%, alcohol accounted for 5. 13%, acid accounted for 4.53% ,ketone accounted for 3.58% and other compounds accounted for 3.09%.
