摘要
中西部民营企业的发展速度与规模和东部相比存在着较大的差距,其中一个重要因素就是质量管理方面的差距。本文针对湖南邵东县民营经济的兴衰所暴露出来的民营企业管理问题,提出了相应的对策。
There is a bigger gap between the middle-western enterprises run by private citizens and the eastern ones in China in developing speed and scale. An important reason is the gap in quality management. Based on management problems in enterprises run by private citizens disclosed from rise and fall of Shaodong County in Hunan Province,the article puts forward some countermeasures.
