Abstract The paper reports that the superheater of a 35 t/h bubbling fluidized bed boiler got overheated during its trial run' After having removed a tube length of Zm from the combustion shielding zone, the steam temperature became normal. But,after commissioning, it was found that the output was inadequate and tile temperature difference before and after the fluidized bed has become excessive' Following sollle thorough investigation, analyzing and adjustment work all these problems have been Successively solved.
