面向青海省农牧民弱势群体知识援助的图书馆新制度研究

A Study on the Library's New Regulations Based on the Knowledge Aid to the Disadvantaged Groups of Peasants and Herdsmen of Qinghai Province

随着我国经济体制改革的不断深化和社会转型的不断发展,社会弱势群体已经成为直接影响青海省经济持续发展和社会稳定的重要因素之一。而作为面向全社会公益性服务机构的图书馆,应当充分利用自身拥有的社会资源优势,为那些需要援助的人提供形式多样的学习进修、技术培训和信息咨询等方面的知识援助。文章初步研究了青海省农牧民弱势群体的现状、原因及其全面建设小康社会的对策建议。

With the deepening of our economic system reform and the constant development of social transition, the society＇s disadvantaged groups have already become one of the important factors directly influencing the sustainable economic development of Qinghai Province and social stability. While libraries, as the public beneficial service system to the whole society, should fully utilize the social resources advantages that they possess to offer various information aid such as study, technical training and consultation. The article makes a preliminary study of the current situations and reasons of the disadvantaged groups of peasants and herdsmen of Qinghai Province and puts forward sonae counter measures and suggestions for the comprehensive construction of a well - off society.
