摘要
按照越节溃变原理,用Gomori酸性磷酸酶法,对眶下神经在三叉神经尾侧脊束核胶状质亚核的定位投射做了定量及半定量研究。结果如下:眶下神经投射到延髓锥体交叉最下段至上段,纵长度为2.06mm±0.20mm,位于胶状质亚核中部或中部及外侧部。
Based on the principle of the transganglia degeneration and using the method of acid phosphatase(modifiecl Gomori's), We make a further guantitative and semiquantitative study on the segmental and regional projection of the three nerves to the substantia gelatinosa(SG)of the spinal caudal trigeminal nucleus. The results are as follows: The length of infraorbital nerve projects to the lowest segment up to high segment of pyramidal decussation of the medulla, is 2.06±0.20mm, It lies in the middle or in the middle and exterior part of SG.
