摘要
对教师个人理论合法性追求和教师个人实践性知识、实践性探索为基础的教师个人实践智慧研究,逐渐成为教育研究的热点。本文试图梳理国内外研究成果,理清教师个人实践智慧的内涵、构成、特征、表现及其与教师专业发展的关系等,以期为教师个人实践智慧的深入研究提供理论参考。
With the development of the research of teachers'personal theory and practice theory ,the wisdom of teaching personal practice become popular. Keep its conception, constitutes, characteristics, performances order and grasp the relationship of Wisdom of teaching personal practice and teachers' professional development, which is benefit to pursue the question.
