摘要
目的:建立盐酸林可霉素滴眼液中盐酸林可霉素的含量测定方法。方法:高效液相色谱法。迪马C18 (250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相0.05mol·L^(-1)硼砂溶液(用85%磷酸调节pH至5.0)-甲醇-乙腈(60:36:4);流速1.0ml·min^(-1);检测波长214nm。结果:林可霉素的峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性范围为1.10-3.30mg ml^(-1),回归方程A=1.2926×10~6C+8.6735×10~4,r=0.9999。平均回收率为99.5%,RSD为0.5%。结论:本方法简便、准确、可靠,可有效测定盐酸林可霉素滴眼液中盐酸林可霉素的含量。
Objective: To establish an assay of Determination of Lincomycin Hydrochloride Eye Drops by HPLC. Methods: HPLC cohnmn was Diamonsil C18 (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm),mobile phase was 0.05mol· L^-1 Borax solution (Adjusts pH with 85% phosphoric acid acid 5.0) - methanol-Second grade nitril (60:36:4), Speed of flow was 1. 0ml· min^-1, detection wavelength was 214nm. Results: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1.10-3.30mg·ml^-1 for Linoamycin Hydrochloride. The average recovery was 99.5% and RSD was 0.5%.Conclusion: The method was simple , rapid , accurate and reliable .
