Determination of Lincomycin Hydrochloride Eye Drops by HPLC

目的:建立盐酸林可霉素滴眼液中盐酸林可霉素的含量测定方法。方法:高效液相色谱法。迪马C18 (250mm×4．6mm,5μm);流动相0．05mol·L^(-1)硼砂溶液(用85%磷酸调节pH至5．0)-甲醇-乙腈(60:36:4);流速1．0ml·min^(-1);检测波长214nm。结果:林可霉素的峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性范围为1．10-3．30mg ml^(-1),回归方程A=1．2926×10~6C+8．6735×10~4,r=0．9999。平均回收率为99．5%,RSD为0．5%。结论:本方法简便、准确、可靠,可有效测定盐酸林可霉素滴眼液中盐酸林可霉素的含量。

Objective： To establish an assay of Determination of Lincomycin Hydrochloride Eye Drops by HPLC. Methods： HPLC cohnmn was Diamonsil C18 （250mm×4.6mm, 5μm）,mobile phase was 0.05mol· L^-1 Borax solution （Adjusts pH with 85% phosphoric acid acid 5.0） - methanol-Second grade nitril （60：36：4）, Speed of flow was 1. 0ml· min^-1, detection wavelength was 214nm. Results： The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1.10-3.30mg·ml^-1 for Linoamycin Hydrochloride. The average recovery was 99.5% and RSD was 0.5%.Conclusion： The method was simple , rapid , accurate and reliable .
